The whole practice is amazing, and so welcoming. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. If I could leave no stars I would. As soon as I walked in the smell of this place made me want to vomit. The front desk girl was very polite and she was the only good thing about my time there. I sat for over 50 minutes for my first appointment and wasn't called until I stood up and asked what the issue was and why I had been waiting so long. As I ask for a refund of my copay the lady comes out to say my name and says the complete wrong name. This was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed. As a black woman I wanted to support a black business and also have my trust in a black doctor but I refuse to deal with attitudes and unprofessionalism from other staff. I had contacted the practice to obtain my medical documents, they refused to upload them without me coming into office. 20 days later, several phone calls and messages later, they decide to end my care at their facilty when I brought it to their attention that they are at poor communication. They listed the reason they ended care with me as I hadn't been seen in 30 days- even though they dated the letter incorrectly as well as emailed me, talked to me and confirmed 2 appointments just an hour prior to ending care. I finally called on 9.13.24 to have a call center have to call the office, and the call center gave me the results (so impersonal). I was told I wasn't called because the results were normal. I have submitted a lot of reviews for Dr. Slaughters office. It's always a good experience but this last visit was different! Dr. Slaughter and her staff deserves extra recognition! They were having quit the crazy day and were the busiest I have ever seen them. They were dealing with a very sick patient among other things but remained calm and collected while taking care of their other patients as well! Dr. Slaughter came in and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face! Seriously can't stress enough how great they all are!

I am overly pleased to have found Dr. Slaughter. It is difficult to come by a great OB/GYN that you can trust, and Dr. Slaughter is just that. She is always knowledgeable by explaining every procedure before she does it. Another positive attribute to going to Dr. Slaughter is her awesome staff. The staff for any doctor is everything, and boy does Dr. Slaughter have a great staff from check-in to check-out. They make sure to take extra good care of you; I am truly blessed to have found this great doctor and her team.

I had been in search of a new ob/gyn and even though I live a ways away I was intrigued. First off, let’s talk about the office. This isn’t your boring medicinal office that already gives you the heebie jeebies when you go in but a beautifully decorated feminine atmosphere spa. It’s a pleasure to be in this ambient. I met with Dr. Slaughter personally and prior to her examination we spent a good 40 minutes talking about my history and what were my expectations. She was very informative as well as compassionate with my filling her in on the last quarter of my life. She advised me that she was due to give birth but prior to leaving she wanted us to have a plan in place so that I would be on track to conceive. I felt so comfortable with her the best bedside manner ever. And I look forward to her helping me accomplish my dream of being a mom. Look no further She is amazing!
