Janice Sims completed her Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University August of 2021 and received her board certification in September 2021. She has been a nurse for over 13 years with a background in Cardiology, Med-Surg, Post-Op Orthopedics, and Oncology. Janice has been practicing as an Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner for 2.5 years now with her first year and half in Primary Care and Pulmonary at CHI Memorial in Chattanooga, TN and recently has practiced at Northside Hospital Duluth for the Inpatient Internal Medicine Group Hospitalist team this past year. She is happily married for 31 years with three children and one grandchild. In her downtime, Janice loves spending time with her family, home interior decorating, and spending time outdoors and on the beach whenever she gets a chance.
